Will I watch it again? No.

It still shocks me how people can be convicted on such heinous crimes with no evidence.  In this case, Andre Rand was convicted of child abduction and murder on nothing else except for very flimsy eyewitnesses.  It's a dangerous thing having a community acting with a mob mentality and the opinions that form as a result.  A lot of people say a lot of dumb things in this documentary and nearly all of it is speculation.  Unfortunately there is very little said on behalf of the accused except for his defense attorney.  There should've been more attention given to his defense.  The droning score does a fine job of mood-setting.  It's a good documentary except for the extraordinary amount of time spent of boneheads speculating and saying dumb shit.  What's more is that Rand was automatically blamed for every missing child from then on back more than a decade.  His defense attorneys (both public defenders I think) came across as the smartest cats in the picture.  Emotion has no place in law.
