My rating: 5.5/10

Will I watch it again? No.

This is about average for the low budget stuff Lugosi was doing at this time and the only real benefit for watching this at all is his inclusion.  He's in full Lugosi mode (par for the course) playing it cool to the outside world while being a sinister sumbitch to a chosen few.  The last ten minutes are the best as the shit hits the fan for Dr. Orloff (Lugosi) and he's got to pay the piper.  There isn't much before it that's worth sitting through except that it's reasonable fun.  Not much to say about this one.  I'm moving on to more Lugosi in this public domain DVD set I've had since the Clinton administration.  You can find the whole movie on YouTube.
