Will I watch it again? Maybe once more.

This one's been on my list for a long time and I finally got around to it.  The opening bit with the three principles interviewing for a new roommate is hilarious and uncomfortable.  As the picture goes there's less humor (but it never really vanishes completely) and more uneasy situations as the shit hits the fan.  The ending was a little quirky.  I dug the picture but it seemed like the dark comedy came and went and then came back because the writer wanted to leave you with a bit of a bang.  The problem is, it felt like it somewhat came out of nowhere or at least from a few blocks away.  A second viewing might help that.
