Plot: It's 1974 - two years after the events in Dracula 1972. Strange things are happening - some girls are disappearing from the street and some of them are secretaries to important people. The Police and the Secret Service become interested when rich people (including a Lord) are pouring their empires into a foundation in which the boss hasn't been seen and a photograph of him doesn't produce a figure. The Inspector from D72 comes to see Van Helsing and Jessica and their investigations lead them to believe that the boss is Dracula.

Will I watch it again? Maybe.
#56 on Hammer Horror (1957-1976)
I really dug DRACULA A.D. 1972 (1972). It was fresh (considering all of the previous Hammer Dracula pictures took place in the Gothic 1800s), groovy and fun. This follow-up (the last for Dracula at Hammer) needed better direction I think. The story was just fine although it could have used some tightening in places but the action was lacking. Hell, we don't even get to see Van Helsing until nearly a third into the film. What I liked was having more Christopher Lee than usual. It's a shame that the studio never gave Lee a Dracula sequel that gave him much to do besides being a monster. At least in this picture he's got a good bit of dialogue with Cushing. I guess it's better late than never, right? There is some nudity and gore but it's not enough to save this rather bland final outing. D A.D. had some mod music and some neat London scenes. This one neglects all of that, has a good story but misses the mark making it a slightly better than average vampire movie but not one you'll want to sink your teeth into. Ahahahahahahahahahaha.
