My rating: 7/10

Will I watch it again? Sure.

#57 on my on-going quest to watch every film from the amazing documentary, NOT QUITE HOLLYWOOD: THE WILD, UNTOLD STORY OF OZPLOITATION! (2008)

I'm really digging these Australian horror flicks of late. This one is quite effective and delivers some nice suspense and scares. For the most part, when you think someone is dead, they're dead. I would have preferred a less optimistic ending but it's not exactly an entirely happy one. The only real issue I have is the implausability of the the death of the croc because it seems like they took the easy way out. And seriously, why does it have to be the good looking American that takes it out?

The CGI croc is fantastic! It's fucking huge and it looks real. Beautiful location shooting. Except for the killer croc part, you'd think the Australian tourism board produced it. Good flick.
